2 so called attempts to deliver a parcel and 2 failures! On both occasions I have been home waiting for the delivery and on both occasions the deliverer did not ring my doorbell or knock on the door loud enough! I was sitting less than 12' from the door, so would have heard it! Absolutely useless service!!

If I could give no stars I would!! Zero chance of ever getting through to the delivery office by phone. Waiting waiting more than 20-30 minutes of hanging on the phone for them to answer I have been cut off every time. This was for a parcel I paid for Royal Mail 48hrs for AND for it to be delivered to my address (which is what was on the address label). They made NO attempt to deliver my parcel to my home because we were home all day. No card was left and I just received a text notice from them saying my parcel was at their delivery office a 20 minute drive away for collection although the tracking info text said PENDING!!! Drive the their delivery centre to find they were closed and are only open 8-10 and 6pm - 8pm (nothing stated on the text that they have restricted opening times) and which are very difficult time for me to go. Absolutely fuming!! Rubbish if not non-existent service. Oh and I?ve also got to wait for up to 10 days for the seller to respond to me as well!!! 2 x fuming!!!! ?

What can I say?..Louise at the Royal Mail sorting office in Great Yarmouth needs to be recognised for her outstanding Customer Services, it has been years since anyone went over and above to help me like she did! What an absolute credit to the Royal Mail Louise is. Thanks to her my daughter got the dress to attend a wedding otherwise it would have been a total disaster. Thank you so much it meant so much and it was so appreciated.

I went go post office this afternoon, It was sign closed I'm not happy that . Notice board time hours should be change board times updates . I waste petrol on way to there waste time my hours rush . That why not good star one ????

I don't know who's in charge of these photos on Google Maps, but all the old photos of the opening times should be removed. First picture said Open till 2pm. Drove there just after 1 o'clock and your closed. You have to scroll through to find the new times... very annoyed as the item I was gonna collect I needed today, Saturday 2nd March.

We have had our post left at wrong address this week and also we have received post for 3 different houses and had to deliver ourselves. Disgusting.

This seems to be a bit of a scam by Royal Mail by putting an "undelivered card" through my letterbox ,stating item not delivered because the lack of postage, It does not specify whether a letter or package. They want a fee paid but do not say on the card WHO the item is to ie; first name of recipient, or whether Mr ,or Mrs , so giving a clue to who it is for, would be a good idea ,except just putting a surname(especially when more than one occupant)!! Nor is this "delivery office" anywhere near to me,(for personal collection) so why not my local post office? This "scam" has happened before (I paid the postage & had it delivered) & when letter arrived, it was junk mail!! So my question is, if genuine letters, or parcels need a payment of extra postage ,why don't you leave the item at the local post office, or give it to the postman, OR take a picture of the item & put it up on your system ,to give the person who you are wanting to pay the "fee" a clue of who it is from & whether it is genuine, or a fake item. The destination of where it has come from would also be beneficial too. So I would appreciate that you stop scamming the public, we are already paying way too much for a rubbish service (which is practically a non existent DELIVERY SERVICE.!!)So the time has obviously come for open competition for a letter delivery service.
