2 so called attempts to deliver a parcel and 2 failures! On both occasions I have been home waiting for the delivery and on both occasions the deliverer did not ring my doorbell or knock on the door loud enough! I was sitting less than 12' from the door, so would have heard it! Absolutely useless service!!

If I could give no stars I would!! Zero chance of ever getting through to the delivery office by phone. Waiting waiting more than 20-30 minutes of hanging on the phone for them to answer I have been cut off every time.
