Wow! Worst customer care ever!! Send my refund beginning of september. Asked niw where my money is. Sending all of the proofs I recieved from DHL that I have returned it with date and tracking number. They asked me 4 times for the proofs, send them 3t times and they act stupid like they did not recieve it. They are messing with people! Will never order that again!

They didn?t refund my dress after I returned it, literally 5 minutes after buying. It does say I?ve returned the dress, but I haven?t gotten a refund. I?m very mad and disappointed, I?m gonna tell my community that they shouldn?t shop here.

Wow! I mistakenly called this store using a phone number i got online by google search because my order was missing, my first ever order with river island. The lady told me never to call again because i always called their number. I was so shocked like how do you mean? I have never bought from this brand? That was so traumatizing, will definitely avoid this brand because what in the hell? How do u know me? The funny thing is i was calling from abroad and she assumed i was in the UK. I can imagine how it is meeting such people in a physical shop. Never gonna browse your brand again. Delete! delete!!!! deleted. Thank you for reading my rant.

Echt slecht bedrijf met slecht klant servies . Bijna een maand geleden heb ik mij bestelling terug gestuurd. Tot nu toe geen geld ontvangen. Tot nu toe bezig met klant servies . Elke dag krijg ik meerde e mailen met verschillende vragen , terwijl ze hebben track& trace code, ze kunnen net als ik volgen terug zending en ook zien dat pakket hebben ze terug gekregen. Het gaat over best groot bedrag van 243??. Ik ga niet meer daar iets bestellen en ik ga aan niemand deze winkel adviseren.

Visited River Island a couple of days ago in Yarmouth and the customer service was fantastic, defiantly the best out of all the River Island shops i've shopped in. One member of staff really stuck out to me, Katie the young girl who works on the floor was very approachable with a big smile, she was keen to help me and give me guidance of sizes and clothes. She conducted herself very professional and I ended up buying two pairs of jeans I'm very happy with the service she gave me and I couldn't ask for better customer serviceThank you River Island Yarmouth and a special thanks once again to Katie for being such a great help. Will be back soon for more shopping.

It's not bad tbh...the staff upstairs/ground floor always have time for a chat. The stairs to get to the men's are a killer thou!
