Folks be aware, Poundland here in Gapton Hall is a great shop, has lots of products and staff are lovely! BUT IF YOU PARK DOWN THE SIDE THAT HAS PARKING BAYS you WILL get a fine from EuroCarParks! I did and I was only in the store for 10 mins! I was told that it's apparently a service road but I've always and so have alot of others parked in the bays there. I had a family bereavement and had to go down South. I wasn't able to collect my post and whe. I got home I have a Debt Collectors letter charging me £170! I phoned the Debt Collectors up and the way I was spoken to was shocking. JIST A HEADS UP! Ps there uses to be a disabled parking bay outside the front of the shop but it would appear now it's for all the bikes feom Deliveroo, Ubereats etc.

Staff in here are awful. I came here on an evening, there was an absolutely horrible girl working at the tills and kept laughing at us. Didn?t help us once, her and another man were awful. Shouldn?t be allowed to work there. Gutted I didn?t catch their names. I like going to poundshop, and I will never be shopping in this particular one ever again due to the horrible experience I had with the staffing. The woman kept coming outside to stare at me after I made a comment too.
