Used to be OK shop. Now made to feel like a thief just because I had my own shopping bag, and been to changing rooms, questioning how many items I got. Pathetic!

Staff are polite and helpful, and they quickly resolved an issue I had with my purchase without any fuss. The store has a ok range of men's clothing, including some styles that I haven't seen at other Peacocks locations. Also the prices were reasonable.
One thing that stood out to me was the store's policy on ordering items that are not in stock. The staff member I spoke with was happy to order the item I wanted and have it delivered to my address or available for collection at the store. This was much appreciated.
The store was also well-maintained and clean, with a tidy layout that made it easy to browse. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Peacocks store to anyone looking for clothing in the Gorleston area.

Disappointing service. Waited over 10 minutes to be served, due to 2 customers using coupons, don't know why it took quite so long to take a £5 voucher off and another member of staff sorting a return which took equally as long and store only has two tills, that's okay... but then no apology for the length of time I had to wait and then the person serving me just chatted with other member of staff during transaction. I don't go into peacocks often and won't bother visiting this particular store again.

Purchased a couple of items today from Gorleston peacocks and was really impressed by the excellent customer service from two lovely members of staff. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. The member of staff with blonde hair was was extremely helpful, I look forward to returning. I like the Gorleston high street peacocks as it stocks larger mens sizes of xxxl, asize alot of shops don't stock. Also the clothing is a decent price and quality not bad ... Haven't got a bad word to say.
