I had a horrendous experience last week in Palace cinemas .Me and my wife went to watch a film Manjummel boys on ( 24/2/24) Which was played in screen 1 in Palace cinemas. Great prices for tickets and snacks/drinks. Also great deals for family tickets and the kids tickets deals are amazing.

Took the kids to see Dune 2. The cinema itself is very clean and comfortable, plenty of leg room the screens are enormous and audiovisuals are great.However it's freezing in there, you would expect for the price of the ticket it would include heating. Made it unpleasant.
