After experiencing a really stressful visit to a different branch , the Great Yarmouth branch turned it all around . Amy was polite empathetic and very efficient . I will be using the Great Yarmouth branch again and will definitely be keeping my business with nationwide thanks to the great service at Yarmouth. Great service, friendly staff and the manager seems to embrace her multi-faceted role of business manager/bouncer/idiot-whisperer with great aplomb. Never have I witnessed such polite people-wrangling skills as that woman. My money is safe in her hands, I feel.

This is my nearest Nationwide ( 20M) so do not use very often, but when I do there are not any problems. For non cash items there is a help desk which can save waiting in line.
