Called great Yarmouth branch on Tuesday about cashing a cheque. The guy said that if I went into the branch,they would help me...drove to the branch and the woman said to me that they no longer cash chequed!!! Waste of my time and fuel.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. It's just a shame I had to use part of a rare mid week day off to go to the bank as they are now not open on Saturdays as apparently staff are needed for other branch's????
