I have always found the staff helpful and cheerful. The shop and Post Office is usually busy with locals and holiday makers, but staff find time to help older customers. Good range of products, the only criticism I can think of is the vegetables do not look very appetising and fresh

I come here every time I need food for work, and the employees there are so kind and helpful. They make sure the shelves are stocked at all times and have no problems helping you find what you need.

Lucky to have this Morrisons Local in our village. I find the staff to be friendly and efficient - they're always busy doing something, either stocking the shelves or manning the Post Office as well as the tills.
The shop itself is well stocked (and has much more than the other small supermarket in the village), although the aisles are very narrow.
It is a shame that their delivery seems to come at the wrong time for both staff and customers though - always during the busiest time on the busiest day of the week which puts the staff under a bit of pressure and means a lack of parking outside which is already tight due to the large lorry.

I usually pop into this Morrisons Daily for convenience/post office, but lately the staff?s attitude has really let the place down. On multiple occasions, I?ve been met with curt responses, no greeting, and the general feeling that I?m interrupting their day just by being there. It doesn?t take much to smile or be polite, but that basic customer service seems to be missing here.

Went in here today, and oh my, Wow! And not in a good way either. I had to physically ask member of staff if anyone was actually serving. The young lad on the till was great. Unfortunately the same can't be said about everyone else working there. Tutting and looking like I was the biggest inconvenience to them. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!

The store itself is immaculate and well-presented, with a great range of products. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but that's expected from a convenience store. However, the biggest let-down is the customer service ? particularly from the older grey-haired man, who I believe is the store manager. He was extremely rude and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. It's disappointing, as it really undermines an otherwise excellent store.

I genuinely think this store needs to be changed and new management and staff hired. Nothing personal but it's poorly run,under staffed and store itself is the worse I've seen for a morrisons daily. The area would benefit if it got sold and few stores could be made there as this area doesn't have many shops and I think it would benefit morrisons being closed and for it to be changed in to two different stores instead of one big one and a cash machine back out side it too.
As someone who worked within management and merchandise stores. the store is itself can do with a better look. Far to much space behind the tills. The lay out is all wrong. Which isn't the staff fault on that it whoever was in charge of the design and where everything go's. But the team need better management to improve the store overall. As it's a different store and shouldn't be run like the old store that was there. But I still think this shop should be sold of and brought back and changed in to two different stores so it benefits the area more instead of one store. For me it let's it down living here as I have to drive out the area just to go to a shop.

Very convenient and it is much improved now it's a Morrisons with more choice than before, however the aisles are very very narrow. Having a post office is also very handy but when there is only one person serving it becomes very tedious if you have popped in to buy something or you just want to post something quickly when you have to wait for either. There needs to be more staff on duty or a dedicated post office person please.

The most unfriendly village shop iv been to the people that work there hold up the que for a massive amount of time while they talk under there breathe to each other about how much they hate there jobs. I have never reviewed a shop before but the staff here are so bad that i felt i had to...improve your customer services or dont work in the retail business very very unprofessional

Went in her once looked at the prices and left, the coop petrol station was cheaper. Absolute disgrace.
