Please consider cleaning your ATM machines. I haven?t seen one this dirty anywhere else in Europe?it was genuinely unpleasant to use.

Very disappointed after travelling to this branch to switch account. First staff member looked at and ignored me and went serve someone else. The second guy was just blunt/rude and unhelpful after asking I would like to open an account and switch from my current bank account. Straight away said Do that on our app. Which I explained I don?t want to do it on the app, I?d rather speak to an advisor so I set it up correctly. He replied well you can take a seat and do it on the app you might be waiting a while. After travelling to the store I tried to apply through the app which didn?t work, which is why I wanted to do it in the branch in the first place . I Called the customer service to try complete the switch account. Waited 50 minutes trying to get through. So I decided to hang up due to very poor service and gone with nationwide instead, only took 15 minutes to do a switch account no hassle.

Went into the branch to change my wife's name on her card. After contacting Lloyds on the app they said the name change has not happened and that we need to go back to the branch. This is unacceptable and we were looking at taking a mortgage with Lloyds, if we do we certainly won't be using this branch. Not impressed.

Opening hours are not particularly helpful for people who work and cannot get to the branch during the week. Used to be a good point that we could get there on a Saturday. Not very helpful at all

Samantha & the rest of the team at this branch are amazing. I honestly have not a single bad thing to say about them. Sam has been helping me with my accounts for over a year now and she is always on hand to help me with any queries or problems i may be having. I really appreciate how communicative Sam and the team are, it really takes the stress of banking and i feel safe knowing that i have someone to contact and help me! The team are always lovely on the phone and its just easy for me! Which banking sometimes tends not to be. Big thank you from myself! xx

Short staffed and kinda rude was in here for 30 mins for a very simple request and was left at a desk by a disappearing staff member for 10 mins. Every other branch ive been too is fine but this one is useless.
