Please consider cleaning your ATM machines. I haven’t seen one this dirty anywhere else in Europe—it was genuinely unpleasant to use.

Very disappointed after travelling to this branch to switch account. First staff member looked at and ignored me and went serve someone else. The second guy was just blunt/rude and unhelpful after asking I would like to open an account and switch from my current bank account.
