Ordered online, when food arrived we were missing food, called up only to be told they definitely put it in and the driver must have taken it which is impossible considering it came in a sealed bag.
Went back to get the missing item and then was told I was wrong and to have a female worker mumble something under the breath at me to which I told them they were wrong and to just admit when they were wrong to which they laughed at me.
Hoping kfc sort their staff out at this store as it was a complete joke

The service is shambolic at best, seems like only one person knows what's going on here. When it takes you ages to order a simple order. Is unreal.

This is the first time I have used this outlet in a few years . I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and chips . I think the charge was about 11.20 . Too much oil on the chicken . It was dripping out when eating it and also the chips were not much better . ?

Overpriced rubbish! Zinger burger that was overcooked and the tiny portion of chips were mostly covered in black bits. Will not be coming back.

I ordered fries, drink and chicken today, that was delivered but the chicken has bad rotten smell, obviously spoiled but they still fried it and sent to me.
I feel so sad and disappointed today that such unhealthy rotten chicken was delivered to me, and I can?t even reach anyone on phone to report that, I kept the spoilt smelly chicken for evidence, but could not reach anyone.
I was advised to trash the meat tonight, due to bad smell, and write a review.

The best KFC in the UK and I've been to a few. Friendly efficient service, food came out super fast with no missing items and food tasted good!!!! Please whoever is training the staff here go to my home town!!!

Tbh it's not what it used to be. The last 3 times now the chicken has been over cooked and not the perfect & greasy like the way it used to be.This place used to be the best KFC around. And having all the teenagers and alike hanging around the door smoking, swearing etc is not great.
