Was very wary of my surroundings as an older person mad me very nervous the amount of loud individuals hanging around outside. Plus they got the order wrong did not go back due to the people outside.

Don't bother with KFC Great Yarmouth no customer service not interested in helping with delivery that is still not delivered. Told to contact head office as they are not interested!!!!!!

DISGUSTING!!! ?
We alll had food poisoning.
The toilets were vile and I mean vile. Excrement on the floor m, tissues and urine flooded the small toilet. Taps broken and constantly running. I didn't touch anything with my bare hands as yhe whole place was fully dirty. Begrudgingly ate there and ny 4am I was violently sick and so was my 7 year boys I have contacted the Head office as as a framchise business they have to abide by strict health and safety regulations and this has clearly been overlooked in all directions.
I clicked on link you sent me and it does not work. I found a help page put the time and date of visit click continue and then it takes me back to main menu. Tried twice. Advise .

While waiting for food the counter was blocked by 5 just eat drivers, who had no regards to anyone else trying to order or wait for their food. Their bags were just layed all over the floor which made the small waiting area crowded and it was also a health and safety issue. After collecting my food I took it to the car and a Gravy megabox was missing so I went back in and explained I ordered 3 and was only given 2. The rude woman who was preparing all the food into bags had the cheek to shout " I put 3 in there" I understand mistakes can happen but can you honestly remember how many you put in the bag ( it was so busy ) or are you calling me a liar? I do normally check my food before leaving but as the place was so chaotic I didn't!

It's ok but one of the staff need sort bit of customer service I ask please can I have a diet coke as I couldn't or see that I can change on the screen but she said its Pepsi max no sugar i took it and drank but its not the point I ask for diet coke then I asked about the original wrap promotion meaning is it toasted as the original was not she said yes it is but obviously that's not her fault if its say original and is toasted but everything else was ok

Just sitting in McDonald's next door (August 26th 2024 at 16.30) and an employee was sweeping the floor outside. I then saw him use said brush to sweep stuff off the table. Definitely won't be eating there if that's what their hygiene standards are like

I would just to take this opportunity to say what a credit James is to this store, he is always pleasant, well mannered, considerate, and makes a customers experience exactly what it should be
It?s a shame that other members of staff doesn?t take a leaf from his book, what a wonderful manager he would be given the chance

Absolutely peng meal today fam at KFC Great Yarmouth and no wonder why, because the owner of the Gorleston KFC has taken this one over! No more oily chicken and substandard food, just great fresh and hot KFC like the colonel ( god rest his visionary soul) would be proud of- exactly like the Gorleston site. ??

Check your food if ordering a takeaway before you leave. This is the 3rd time we have ordered takeaway, only to get home and find something is missing from the order. £45 spent and missing a portion of chips this time! Last time was a burger and chips!! The time before, no gravy!!!
