I was not presured into buying a new one and left the shop. I returned a little later with my wife to choose my new every day watch and was able choose a suitably priced more modern style of watch.We were very happy with the service provided and the pleasant staff member who served us.”

“I can’t thank the staff enough. I purchased my daughter a pair of earrings from the Norwich store for her birthday. Unfortunately one of them got stuck and we couldn’t take it out of her ear. I phoned the store and they said to bring in to the shop and they would try and remove it, which they did by cutting it, I couldn’t find the receipt as I paid cash , they said it was no problem and my daughter chose a bangle and as it was 3 for the price of 2 we were able to get her two different bracelets and a bonus for me as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the lady that actually removed the earring was brilliant. Thank you”
