Rain will wash your car better. Not impressed at all, but I got £5 off with a voucher before I went in, so it softened the blow. Would not use this one again but would certainly still use other IMO car washes.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from a member of staff. I prepaid but when I arrived my app wouldn?t update the QR code. The man was rude, dismissive used inappropriate language. I would have left but there was a queue forming behind me so I had to pay again just to get out of this situation and this horrible man. I will not be using this car wash again.

No pre wash like before washed front back windscreen and wheels
Car washed still comes out dirty with bird poo water marks drying strips have been removed at end Now replaced
But poor Standard and Qulity wash Avoid

Been through today and paid for the second to top wash at £14.
There was no finishing spray, the car has ended up clean but with water marks where it was not dried correctly, and there is bird poo on the top of the passenger window that is still there.
I am very disappointed as £14 is a lot to spend. With what I have ended up with Half would have been appropriate...

Been using this car wash for years and no problems at all. But the last few weeks the service has definetely declined. The attitude of the staff doing the prewash is realy bad. When I questioned the prewash was nowhere near as good as it was previously he just shouted at me and walked off when I said who is he shouting at and I don't like his attitude he just ignored me. Also the drying system isn't as good as it was as the rotating long driers have been removed. If I get this same service again you will lose me as a good loyal customer of 10yrs. Members of my family and friends are all saying the same when they have used this car wash in great Yarmouth recently and they won't be using it now shocking staff attitude

Worse car wash
Asked for a Eco Wash for £5 man charged £7.50 when I confronted him he said the car was dirty and it would not come out clean (the car was not particularly dirty as I had it hand washed 7 days earlier). He was very rude and told me it had gone through (card machine).
So the £7.50 wash should have included a pre wash and triple foam however there was no pre jet wash but the man did spray foam on the passenger side front screen and side window! This was to obscure the sign list to say which wash you have purchased. There was no triple foam and many of the jets driving through were blocked or were not working. The dryer was not displacing water and there were no long rotating towel strips on the final part.
The car came out wet, with white streaks all over it and still had the bird poo on the bonnet and window screen.
I will not be returning as I can get a hand wash and shammy dry for £8 locally.
I would have given zero stars review if this was an option

Have been using this car wash for a while. It was very good and reasonably priced.
However the last couple of times not so good. There seem to be parts of the system missing or not working.
Took today, not very clean and covered in white spots. Very poor service today.

Yesterday I decide to treat my car and try the Ceramic XTR car wash, pay £19 for a car wash and the end result was horrendous. After drying car was full of water marks and stains and it look worst then before the wash. There was no drying rollers at the end even I ash the guy is everything was fully working. I used to got on there quite often but after this experience I will never put my car on there again.......

I dont mind the car wash but the website says it opens at 8am and when I got there, on two occasions at 8:20, it was closed. There was a man there but he didnt explain anything and on both times I was trying to get car washed before work. Pretty disappointing that opening times online are not factual and I went out of my way to not get a car wash- I had to leave as I would have been late for work.
Does it open at 8 or 9?! Just be clear so we can know where we stand.... Easy to go elsewhere if not looked after with respect.
