Not a good experience at all. For a company that is well known in the town, I expect a lot better service. Unable to communicate when asked, but are very quick off the mark when it suits them. Will never use them again. Not recommended, not to be trusted, not good at customer service either. MGBs.

We found Howards estate agents at Great Yarmouth extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process of our move.We wasn't selling with them we was buying from them. They help guide us through the experience when we needed it as it was our 1st move in 32 years!They were very understanding, nothing was too much trouble. They all made an effort to help and make the sale go as smooth as possible especially Amy Lugo who got the sale pushed through and dates secured. Going above and beyond. So a big thank you to you all and of course a big shout out to Amy.And now we are in our lovely new home thanks to you.
