“Have not been into the store for over a year as dissappointed on previous visit when I did, stock was low & a bit chaotic. Found myself in the area so gave it another look. Seemed to have more order in the store, better stocked shelves than before. Excellent choice in many lines especially the Pet department. Fair prices not the cheapest of bargain stores but not bad. Staff are friendly, male cashier helped with putting items in my bag which was a kind gesture.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from the team today at the Great Yarmouth store. We couldn't do click and collect as we had a voucher we had to use in store, and due to my husband's hip problems would have massively struggled to load 30 bags of gravel. From the manager Nicky who sorted for the items to be brought to the checkout, June and the other lady at the checkout, and David and Dan who so kindly loaded our bags of gravel into the car on our three trips to collect, they all went above and beyond to help us and were so friendly and pleasant.
