We couldn't do click and collect as we had a voucher we had to use in store, and due to my husband's hip problems would have massively struggled to load 30 bags of gravel. From the manager Nicky who sorted for the items to be brought to the checkout, June and the other lady at the checkout, and David and Dan who so kindly loaded our bags of gravel into the car on our three trips to collect, they all went above and beyond to help us and were so friendly and pleasant.
