Somebody stole my card and spent nearly £200 using contactless payments. Harry was patient and very sympathetic. He called the fraud team for me as I am not very good with phone calls. I was refunded within the hour. I cannot thank him enough and will forever be grateful for his help today

I would like to say a huge thank you Halifax today when I visited your branch (Great Yarmouth)today I was so upset and worried about a transaction and thanks to your colleague in your branch not only was she kind and caring she sorted every out for me there and then I was so happy so I would like to say a huge Thank you to Susan I think your branch should know and be proud of you - I really appreciated your help today !

Went take neighbour today, we had already stood in the queue, for 20 mins, decided to just go, what with one computer down and cash machine inside not working, (no cash in.) queue ended upto door, not very good really, one old couple came from Ormesby they had been back and fro trying get there monthly benefit out.

Very slow service. Always one person on the counter and huge queues! Two members of staff stood around at the front asking if they can assist with anything..... yes, you can assist by working on the main counter and helping with queues. Last time I went in, the lady was asking quite personal questions about my housing situation and if I have a mortgage etc.Considering switching banks.

Extremely slow service, simple request had to wait 40 minutes to be seen, asked how many advisors were in today (Saturday) told one advisor simply not good enough.
