I visited as I have done for 10 years or more to have a watch battery replacement,but sadly the problem was that my 11yr old watch was now past it. I was not presured into buying a new one and left the shop. I returned a little later with my wife to choose my new every day watch and was able choose a suitably priced more modern style of watch.We were very happy with the service provided and the pleasant staff member who served us.

The staff were friendly and helpful , purchased a ring and some earrings and explained that you can buy locking backs for these, something I didn't know about. I would defiantly recommend Hinds to shop for you jewelry.

Unfortunately had a bad experience today, went in to get a new battery for an Armani watch I bought their a few years before, and when given back my watch it wasn't working, and the time dial was loose and fell out. Was then given a refund on the battery and told there was nothing they could do. So thanks FHinds for breaking mywatch.
