Very bad experience. Ordered phone. Called multiple times, pathetic customer service and no updates provided. Called EE directly at 150 than and was told not properly placed order by store people, their mistake and have to reorder. So totally cancelled it.Hope I can give more MINUS to them.Poor services

Avoid this store. Staff are rude, unhelpful and do not know what they are doing. Staff were playing with their tobacco on the shop floor and refused to help. Then got rude and aggressive. Vile way to treat customers especially considering my mum is vulnerable.

I had a problem with my phone that had Apple and the Norwich EE branch palm me off to the great yarmouth branch. The manager was knowledgeable, helpful and explained clearly what my options were to help deal with my problem.

AWFUL STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.Needed a replacement sim, walked into store both advisors sat on their phones and were so dismissive and unwilling to help even though I?d been directed there by head office. I asked to call 150 on their landline, they ended up even being rude to the EE advisor so he credited me there and then compensation for the stores behaviour towards us both. Ended up going to the Lowestoft store who resolved my issue straight away!!. AVOID Yarmouth store and just call 150 , the Yarmouth EE store should be shut down with their lack of service and no empathy.

Went in to ask about a new phone . There was sofa full with people waiting and a couple standing . Only one member of staff on show . Waited for 5 minutes .no changed so walked out .

my phone wouldn?t turn on and they couldn?t help me although it?s a pretty new phone and brought from their store, i was told to call up ee and they didn?t even look at the phone. took it to mobile solutions and he fixed it within 10 seconds, that says a lot about the company

Been with ee for years and wanted a sim only deal and they said the best they could do was £18 for 5gb. Really poor service hence I'm moving provider.

If I could I would give -5 stars. The reason behind this is because EE is a scam. I got a contract few year ago whit we. The guy from counter how done the paper lied to me and on the document. I paid 300 pound in advance because like the guys said to me I will get them back after 3 months. Everything good until here. After 3 month I found out that money are gone because he lied on my contract, instead of deposit he writes upfront payment. I went to the shop to confront him he was in holiday for 2 weeks. When he got back from holiday he got the nerve to lie again. I called EE customer service and they told that is nothing to do. When my contract finish they charge another month .EE customer service lied about closing my contact at the end of 2 years. They charge me whit out my knowledge.

Team in store were as usual great but due to what is frankly an offensive change of policy at corporate level it was a wasted visit. I was bereaved in February and had to switch my phone from my wifes account to my own and was told it would be 3 months before I could get a new phone contract having been on sim only for some time. 3 months in and the staff tell me today that it is now 6 months and apologised profusely saying that even they hadn't been informed. So essentially bereaved individuals are penalised for 6 months and the only solution is to take cancel and take a new contract which would mean losing my number. My daughter has 5 contracts for hee household and was equally shocked at this discriminatory policy and the lack of communication to Ee team. Very disappointed.
