I gave 1 star, only because there's no option to give 0 or less! Terrible customer service,almost like con artists in this store, took a sim only contract out and after finding out no signal tried cancelling in branch and 150 after only 5 days which turn into shambles waisted alot of time/money and had it cancelled through complaint procedure on their website! But the staff in store are Horrible especially Krystian the assistant manager (he will call the security for no reason ?) AVOID at all costs!

No coverage and no speed internet

My 86 year old father in law was sold an incorrect sim card in error, by staff, to which they admitted. Eight days later the issue is still not sorted. Despite several visits to the shop, and numerous promises made by staff that it would be dealt with, nothing has been done. Absolutely shocking service and staff are full of excuses. I'm glad I don't use EE as my network provider.

Very bad experience. Ordered phone. Called multiple times, pathetic customer service and no updates provided. Called EE directly at 150 than and was told not properly placed order by store people, their mistake and have to reorder. So totally cancelled it.Hope I can give more MINUS to them.Poor services

Avoid this store. Staff are rude, unhelpful and do not know what they are doing. Staff were playing with their tobacco on the shop floor and refused to help. Then got rude and aggressive. Vile way to treat customers especially considering my mum is vulnerable.
