Only popped in to pick up my old man's prescription - poor young girl was in tears at the counter because of how rude one member of staff was to her. Glad to have heard another member of staff urging her to put in a formal complaint, as it was bang out of order.

Absolute chaos
Customers standing around blocking new customers getting to counter.
7 Staff milling around no organisation.
I pointed out that my husbands previous prescription had been wrongly dispensed. (not for the first time)
The pack had been opened and some of the tablets were missing. The assistant just shrugged her shoulders!!!!!!!! Said I should have let them know earlier ( my husband orders in plenty of time because of being let down do often and had only just opened this pack. When finally got prescription one item was short so will have to go back next week

Have never had a problem with the pharmacy or the staff. All lovely and helpful especially Charlotte and Hannah. Emma the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Very pleased with the service, thanks guys

Absolutely appalled by the service at Day Lewis Pharmacy.
The slow service is a constant frustration, leading to excessive wait times and long queues. But what's even more unacceptable is their consistent failure to have medication in stock. I've been told to return multiple times only to find that my prescription is still not ready.
This negligence has put my health at risk. I rely on medication that I cannot stop abruptly, and the pharmacy's incompetence has left me without it for days. This is completely unacceptable.
I've tried other pharmacies in the area, and Day Lewis is by far the worst. Their poor management and lack of reliability make them a complete waste of time. I strongly advise anyone considering this pharmacy to look elsewhere.

This is easily the worst run, pharmacy that ever opened! The signage is rude, the service is slow and the staff are obnoxious! They never have the items on your prescription, and when they do, you have to waste your time in a line of people that reaches out the door because the staff just chat amongst themselves! Avoid at all costs!
