I placed an order via just eat for my niece as it is her birthday and I was unable to make it to see her today to get a drink together. I put a note asking if they could write happy birthday on the bag. I was touched to receive a photo from my niece of it when she messaged to thank me (she didn't know I had asked) Thank you, it was really sweet of staff to read the note and take the time to do that for me. Thank you!

The staff here are always welcoming and friendly upon arrival. I also like the fact the staff make that extra effort at this costa branch and bring my hot drink to the table if I drink in. Went in the other day for a coffee wasn't very busy so ordered my coffee and sat down and waited after about 20-30 minutes I went to counter to enquire and they had somehow managed to lose my order didn't have anymore time to wait so got a refund maybe just a one off but will go back and see if the service improves maybe the staff need to concentrate more

Went for a cuppa in Gorleston costaVery bad service with a member of staff very rude.my cousin ordered a pot of tea for 2 along with something to eat. When it was brought to table it was in 2 paper cups when they said they wanted 2 pots of tea not 2 paper cups the member of staff said you can say xand complain all you what it wont get you anywhere
