It's ok to grab a bargain..don't expect to get much money out of them though on anything.... you could take a kidney in there and they would offer 10p before selling it for so much more!Do tend to get a lot of scum thou trying to sell the things they have stolen the day before!!!

Still waiting in a queue for now 30 minutes... and all I want to do is buy 3 dvds... people have genuinely walked out because they don't want to wait, and you have staff members just walking round doing nothing. Genuinely absolutely appalling service

Returned my Galaxy S20 under warranty as battery faulty. They exchanged for another phone the same, Ali very helpful. Back home & saw they had not put my sim card in. I had to drive back at closing time but luckily manager still there. Found my old phone with sim. I've always been happy with Cex but this was a big mistake.

Dropped my iPhone in to exchange with no issues, after doing their ?test?, it was no long charging. They said they had tried to ?clean the charging port? so they have presumably bent the pins.They also did not return the charging cable I gave them with the phone
