I just wanted to thank British Heart Foundation especially the Great Yarmouth shop. I bought a 2 seater and a chair for my mum today for the princely sum of £100. What a bargain it was as it was like new and just what we needed.
All the staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Special thank you to, Anne, James and the other gentleman, (sorry I didn?t get your name), who helped load it into my car.
You are making a difference. Keep doing what you?re doing.

I think this shop is a RIP off, I bought a handbag Sunday and by Monday it started pealing and cracking. I paid £9. for it. When I took it back Tuesday 2 days later I was told because I had not kept the receipt and tag off it I couldn't get a refund. So it has cost me £9 for something that's just fit for the bin.

I volunteered here between 2005 - 07. Some staff were lovely, many were just horrible! Too much gossiping, favouritism amongst staff with management & one (innocent!) person getting blamed for things going missing. Some of the stock very good, but manageress overpricing things.

Fabulous staff and quality second hand goods. Have been to other charity shops who do not seem to be so careful in sorting the quality donations from the rubbish.
