I just wanted to thank British Heart Foundation especially the Great Yarmouth shop. I bought a 2 seater and a chair for my mum today for the princely sum of £100. What a bargain it was as it was like new and just what we needed.
All the staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Special thank you to, Anne, James and the other gentleman, (sorry I didn?t get your name), who helped load it into my car.
You are making a difference. Keep doing what you?re doing.

Used to be a great place to find good value retro & vintage furniture. Now just over-priced & dull. Staff need to try smiling - it's actually legal & won't kill them!

BHF is a charity very close to my heart. Used it several times to donate unwanted furniture, bric a brac, good clean clothes (they send them to the regular stores) electrical goods - yes they accept electrical goods and have their own PAT tester. We?ve donated lounge and dining furniture which they happily collect with a smile (as long as the appropriate safety signs are still in situ) Some of the reviews state it?s expensive which compared to the quality of some of the things donated it is not. Add gift aid to it so all goes a long way to support this excellent charity. The staff are fantastic and do a great job, well recommended.

Some of the products are to expensive, sometimes prices are very close to new product prices.

Not only they charge £20 when normal delivery rates are £6 as they don't turn up when arranged and then when we try to rearrange the delivery the try want to charge the deliver again. £40 for delivery is abusive. The manager was horrendous dealing with it. The worst customer experience I had.
