What?s the point of advertising the pharmacy as open at 8am on a Friday, if you can?t buy anything until the pharmacist is there? So frustrating and an inconvenience especially if you?ve got to get to work and need to pop in! Don?t advertise as open if you?re not!

I don't even want to give 1 star! I use this pharmacy because they open late but the service is shocking and the staff are so rude! Considering this is a service we pay for out of the tax that gets taken from our wages each month it needs to be better!!Eveytime I go to collect my medication there is either no pharmacist there or the computer is down or they don't have my prescription even tho I'm on automatic despence! It wouldnt be as bad if the staff there wernt so rude and made it obvious that they don't care about your wellbeing!The pharmacist wasn't even wearing uniform once and he stood next to me in the queue to talk to me - really inappropriate!

Good service . I needed some pads for my tens the size seems only available online , but boots ordered me my items in store to be delivered either in-store or home address no problem super service for people who arnt confident with online shopping thankyou boots looking after all your customers ,very helpful staff ?

Would not dispense medication which I had a prescription for and the item was on the shelf because apparently it's too expensive to them. It's no wonder this world is so screwed up right now when this is becoming the normal.

Store OK and staff helpful. My main problem is that they don't have a wheelchair available and as the pharmacy is right at the back of a very large store it is not as accessible as it could be.

Just been to collect my prescription from Gapton Hall and two staff members stood in the aisle talking and swearing. I asked if there was a manager on the floor and I spoke to her. She spoke to one of the colleagues and they actually LAUGHED!!! Managers name is Emma, what a disgrace, she in no way deserves that position when she has no clue how to treat customers or control her staff!!!
