Everyone didn?t want to know when asking for direction on some specific products. After eventually finding what we needed we waited for what seemed like at least five minutes to be served at a till as all staff when we asked to be served said they weren?t in that department and someone else needed to serve at a till.

As I have recently been diagnosed with bells palsy i am so insecure of my facial features, my eye was extremely dry due to non closure and I went to the pharmacy for advice I met this lovely lady behind the pharmacy with short blonde hair (unfortunately she didnt have a name badge on) she was incredible, she went above and beyond for me today and even wished me well on my recovery. The world needs more people like this lady. Thank you for no judgement. Angel sent from above. I hope Boots recognise you as a fabulous employee.

Absolutely disgusting service
Called in yesterday for prescription and only took part of it as they busy.
Called in again today 24 hours later
Still not ready and abrupt attitude.
Was told 15 minutes yet others told half an hour served before me.
I was last person out of there.
Waited 45 minutes in the end.

Today I had visited for the first time for the consultation. Worst interaction with consultation attendee lady. Literally I can say she was racist. I waited for almost 45 minutes but she doesn?t want consulates me. Literally she said to me try some other places. So if you are going for consultation don?t go at boots ever.

A very rude girl working at the medicine counter, never smiles, doesn't seem to care, it's not the first time experience about this person, the one wearing specs can't miss her, very unhelpful, she needs to find a job that nobody can see her?what a shame to the establishment, everyone else is lovely

Absolutely disgusted with this company. So today, I was diagnosed with liver failure. Was given a prescription for water retention tablets by the James Paget Hospital, so promptly took my prescription to boots in Great Yarmouth. After making me wait half an hour, in severe discomfort with MAJOR swelling on my ankles, feet, back (what the medication was intended to sort out) they told me they couldn't dispense the medication because my date of birth was written slightly in the wrong place. I begged and pleaded with them, implored them to call the hospital, explained my diagnosis, yet the woman just refused and had this smug grin on her face and genuinely looked like she was getting a kick out of it. What a disgusting way to treat somebody and hour after receiving a diagnosis for a very serious health condition. I took that very prescription to an independent chemist up the road, town pharmacy on king Street, who were compassionate, understanding and dispensed it right away to me, they also agreed that Boots should be ashamed of themselves. Just goes to show, these multi-billion pound corporations do not give a toss about you, to them its all about the bottom line, not people.
