Big thank you to the lovely manager and cashier (sorry I didn't get your names )that sorted out an immediate refund when I found from my bank statement that I'd payed for another customers shopping in error.It was quickly sorted in a friendly and professional way so once again THANK YOU.

Overall great store with everything you may need in life? be ready to overspend your money? recently I had a great experience with manager of the store-Natasha. I bought a hallway cabinet and after rambling it at home, we released that some parts were missing. We live on the third floor and we really liked the unit so we didn?t want to return it. I went into the store, and after entering it I met a security guard who in polite manners, pointed me towards a team leader. He helped me to find the receipt as I didn?t take with me. Thank you for that, I know that you are all busy. After that I spoke with manager - Natasha and explained the situation. She apologised for this incident and gave me the spare parts without hesitation. What a wonderful customer service! Well done everyone. Your help is really appreciated.

Unfortunately I needed assistance and even though I'm disabled and find walking difficult I walked the shop floor twice and only found 1 member of staff who if I'm being completely honest seemed a bit stressed and couldn't help me out anyway. Not the best shopping experience I've had...
