I visited Barclays Great Yarmouth today and had the most amazing helpful service by Kayleigh she went above and beyond to get me the help I needed and it was so appreciated. She is definitely an asset to the branch. Thank you very much.

The team, especially Linda (5 Stars +), in the branch are brilliant and have done their best to help with setting up an account after I ran into difficulties setting it up online, because the app didn't quite work I tried online and unfortunately this created two applications that caused some technical difficulties.
The branch is the only positive aspect of my dealings with Barclays in all other respects the whole thing has been diabolical. First up a completely unnecessary visit to the branch as I needed to verify my identity, to set this visit up took nearly a 3/4 hour phone call half way across the world, after a number of weeks I'm still waiting for a PIN which it now transpires is not being sent to save paper, and still waiting for a PIN Sentry in order to access Internet Banking.
In the meantime I've set up an account at a neighbouring bank in a fraction of the time and the whole process with them has been simple and straightforward. If you value your time and sanity then I advise you to AVOID Barclays at all cost!
This is no criticism of the staff in the branch, they've been lovely and helpful, simply the bank itself.

A few months ago, I visited the Great Yarmouth branch of Barclays, and if I?m not mistaken, I was assisted by a staff member named Nicole(Male staff) He was extremely genuine and helpful, and he went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The service I received was brilliant, and I truly appreciated the support.

Called into branch yesterday for some advice and spoke to the most helpful and friendly Allison on reception. Was offered an appointment for today (amazing.. a next day appointment!!)with a lady called Linda but she was not there today so I saw Emma H... who absolutely solved my confusion in lightning speed. Emma was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable, she sorted everything out in no time. And on my exit, was a young gentleman employee who wished me goodbye and have a nice rest of my day. What an excellent bunch of staff and a credit to the Branch. Thank you.
