So ordered online for delivery to local holiday camp, have done over the years with no issues. Recieved a phone call from the driver saying he could'nt find our location and would we meet him at reception and pick our shopping up. Cut along story short finally found our location, as he went to reception for directions

Went to the Great Yarmouth Asda today as away on holiday. I let my daughter do the scan and go. We got selected for the check. My daughter had missed an item off. The woman was not very happy as she had to scan all the shopping.
I understand how frustrating this maybe but all they were doing was standing there.
The worker moaned about it the whole time while scanning. When i apologised she said it was ok but clearly it wasn?t at the amount of moaning she was doing.
Moaned about the amount of hours she was working too! Think she might need a job change as clearly not happy.

Great store, well stocked and managed to get everything we needed.
Has ATM machines and even a lower one for wheelchair users.
Loads of parking as well.

Massive hypermarket with in house bakery pharmacy, clothes section, cafe, free toilets, photo printing, tobacco counter. Great place for a big shopping and massive carpark

Shopped for our holiday in caravan park ,so we wanted picnic food and also main meals ,selection was great they had every thing we need and bought a few little treat, staff were very helpful and polite ? great experience

We have always enjoyed the pizza counter at Asda however on our last few visits have been awful experiences. Our last being very low quality ingredients resulting in most of it going in the bin. One particular staff member will wait until half the pizza has been made before deciding to tell you that she does not have most ingredients then acts surprised and disgruntled when you say you don?t want it. Maybe teaching staff to let you know what ingredients are available before starting your pizza would be better customer service.

Shout out to the GM Mick. Super helpful yesterday when we wanted/needed! an HDMI dvd player and no joy anywhere else. An ASDA assistant said he?d pass me over to Mick who would help me and he was right ??
So nice to speak to someone friendly, knowledgable and prepared to help
