From visiting the showroom to completion of the works the whole process was excellent.
They inspired confidence that all works required to fit our stoves would be included, and it was, and we were given lots of advice and information to help us make our choices.
The work was carried out very efficiently with great attention to detail. All efforts were made to minimise disruption and dust, and we were kept advised of the sequence of the tasks being carried out.
We were very impressed with all aspects of the installation and welcomed the advice given by the installer on best practice for operating our stoves initially and in the future.

The operative from Stovesman worked incredibly hard and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our media wall. Surprised that no site visit was made beforehand to check the job details. Sometimes a bit slow to respond to messages. On the whole a really good job at a competitive rate.

Mikel arrived on time and spent the whole day perfecting the installation of our stove in our snug and made a brilliant job. He worked cleanly and efficiently with great care. He was friendly, polite and treated the property with respect. He instructed us in how to operate the stove. In short we are very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the product and don?t expect any future problems. We are very happy with Stoveman.

I can?t recommend Stovesman enough. Everything was simple and well managed from start to finish. Andrew and his team came and installed a wood burner in our existing 1920?s chimney which included taking a large part of the fireplace out to accommodate. Andrew & the team from start to finish have been amazing. From the moment we stepped in the showroom we were given fantastic and helpful advice. Within 3 weeks of confirming and agreeing the stove, chimney, mantel and hearth, installation has been completed.
Andrew was fantastic, giving us true, honest and helpful advice. At every point this was underpinned by staying within HETAS and building regulations. Being a new build, with restricted ventilation, Andrew ensured we had the correct size stove and additional ventilation.
Absolute pleasure to deal with and can't praise highly enough the level of service and professionalism we received. A big thank you to Stuart and Joe who were simply a fantastic fitting team. Helpful courteous and remarkably tidy. It's been a real pleasure doing business with Stovesman, highly recommend.

What a great stove Parkray Aspect 5, very controllable and great heat output, we have lived with this for the last 2 months and we can?t fault it. The two guys who fitted it were both very professional and kept us informed what they were doing etc, they covered the furniture and were clean & efficient, I highly recommend calling Andrew.
