Me and a few friends came here to have food and it was amazing burgers were delicious and juicy, chips were cooked perfectly I would definitely recommend here, staff were beyond brilliant they were so welcoming and friendly to talk to and could have a good conversation they are a credit to the pub, well done guys!

We visited at the end of April for lunch on a bank holiday Monday. The pub was empty when we arrived with the bar man still dressed in his hi viz from his other business.
We ordered from the menu (no kids menu available just told some items they could have). It took roughly 1-1.5hrs from being seated til we received our food. Whilst we were waiting it was apparent they didn?t have all the items we ordered and instead of mentioning that a bag arrived after sometime from co op with ingredients with a staff member. The likely cause of the delay! Very odd.
The pizza had mature cheddar on it instead of mozzarella. The rest of the food was average. Disappointingly the staff were not friendly (had been on previous visits), did not apologise for the delay, offer any kind of reimbursement. The staff seemed annoyed to be there and were complaining about wanting to go home as it was quiet. The whole thing was embarrassing! Needless to say we didn?t have desert as we just wanted to leave.
The toilets were also not clean, hadn?t been check in about a week according to the chart on the wall. No toilet roll, paper all over the floor. Given it had just opened for the day they clearly hadn?t been checked by anyone that day.
Outside the ash trays are overflowing (and have been on previous visits), including the one next to the kids play area. The emergency exit doors of the restaurant were blocked with the carvery trolley. The main doors have members of staff smoking outside them (and overflowing ashtrays) which is off putting when you have kids with you and have to walk that way to the playground.
We are local so were hopeful after a few other lacklustre visits (including with the previous manager) that the changes would be for the better, but sadly they aren?t. It may improve but there are only so many times you can waste your money and come away disappointed. Much better off at The Fox and Hounds Great Moulton, The Ram Tivetshall or The Gamekeeper old Buckenham, where the service and food are of a consistently high standard.

came in to the greyhound for a drink but had a look at the menu and decided to order something, we went for the chicken ceaser burger, WOW, absolutely unreal, the flavours throughout was to die for, will definitely be back!

First time at the Greyhound but not the last. Just been for a mid week dinner for my birthday and had the best pie and mash! All the food was tasty, freshly cooked and really nicely presented. Great value, great service, lovely place.

Fantastic pub and restaurant! Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Food has been great! Attended a private function in the Marquee at the weekend and it amazing!
