Amazing customer service from Donna. She was so lovely! She went out of her way to make sure we were looked after , we cannot thank her enough.

Absolutely awful. We arrived late in the evening from travelling with two toddlers, when they decided to split our family up as they couldn't give us the two rooms we booked. We had to arrange our own transport to their hotel down at lowestoft, which wasted our time and energy and we were not able to spend time together... read full comment

Peaceful location away from busy traffic. Friendly staff. Room was clean but basic storage. For a short break was ideal
