I am doing this on behalf of my friend Edward who does not use computers. He says "I use the post office all the time and the staff are wonderful. The girls there are always so patient with me and the Paper boy is quite helpful too".

I use this post office all the time. There are 2 lovely ladies that work behind the counter. They are always friendly, polite and helpful. We'll done ladies there should be more like you

Staff are rude, majority of them are not trained to post even though its a post office. Pretty sure someone has been stealing my parcels as since I've started to post there alot of customers haven't received their items. Costing me a small fortune. I'm not new to posting and have posted thousands of items this year alone (Literally) across post offices in all of East anglia. However when I post with this one. There is issues! Do your self a favour and avoid the stress specially if you run a business.i should of known better when they tried making me feel bad for using drop and go as apparently its to much to handle, what a joke!

Five people waiting to be served and the only person serving at the post office decides she wants a cigarette and walks out, leaving us all just standing there! Ridiculous!
