First time ordering from pepper grill and it didn?t disappoint. Amazing pizza, chips were lovely and crispy. My partners kebab was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be coming back again!

absolutely disgusting went outside to find the delivery driver and he began to have a go at us because he claimed to have called me over six times when i have received no phone calls ive checked and my number is 100% correct on the app just left our food outside the hotel doors cant even get at the food as its freezing as well as the driver swearing at us both when it wasnt out fault

Called in for a takeaway burger and wasn?t disappointed. Freshly cooked with a great selection of fresh salad. The chaps that worked there were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend a walk-in, as when you get the food it?s freshly prepared.

Pity couldn?t give zero stars, ordered a delivery to Hopton Haven site, gave insulin to my type 1 daughter 10 mins before delivery time as driver phoned to say he was down the road and couldn?t find us, gave him directions and a map, 30 mins later he?s still not turned up and when called said he was dumping our food at the arcade 15 min walk away! My daughter is now chugging Sugar Coke as her blood glucose is plummeting and she?s had her insulin but no food delivered! Called the restaurant to ask what?s happening and was told tough! No care at all!!!

Rude and arrogant ended up getting my order wrong when I phoned and told them they tried telling me to deal with it but I carried on they ended up saying they would replace it when they came back the food they asked for back was snatched out of my partners hand and the other food practically thrown at her will 100% never order from here again and will erg anyone not to either

Will never order again ! , gave me mouldy pizza and when tried to ring them they was very rude and tried to say he would make me another pizza . I explained that I don?t want that I would like a refund and now they won?t return any calls and according to them ?the boss isn?t here ? and hung the phone up multiple times . Shocking

Food is satisfactory and more than can be said for the lady on the phone? total was more than on ?just eat? but when queried lady laughed and said ?wouldn?t think so they charge more? she then tried to add up again and took 4 pounds off asking ?is that alright? don?t think working in takeaways are for you if you lack basic knowledge in maths
