Have used this pharmacy for my prescriptions for the best part of 20 years and still find the staff pleasant and helpful with nothing too much trouble, the pharmacy is adjacent to the beaches medical centre so extremely handy when your not feeling too good yourself, it is clean tidy and well stocked and has always managed to accommodate my prescription needs.The staff are knowledgeable in their career field and are always on hand for advice for the small ailments you may encounter.Thanking you for past present and future business, a breath of fresh air in a different trading environment.

Awful service. Prevented me having access to my medication that should not be stopped without tapering . When I asked why they said it was because of cost saving. There was no apology and no understanding of the distress the girl had caused. I have now changed pharmacy and would recommend any one else do the same.

This chemist is well handy for me, right next door to my Doctors surgery, have all my meds sent there, via the POD online, as i work up the road and can collect it easy enough... they sometimes have good offers on fragrances and reduced vitamins etc... staff are helpful and friendly.

Not fit for purpose. Should have its license to trade revoked. Clear and obvious risk to health andwellbeing of patients. Prevents access to prescribed medication on a fabricatied story of a supply issue that seemingly affects only them and then refuses to even consider dispensing an equivalent dose of the same medication that they actually do have in stock. This has resulted in the totally unnecessary and abrupt cessation of a drug that should never be stopped in this manner that has directly affected a number of patients. Crass and reckless stupidity. If this is your nominated pharmacy I strongly recommend you change it immediately.

Been waiting for around 10 min to someone to attend me so I could handover the prescription, but unfortunately all of the staffs busy with chatting & laughs. One of the dispenser saw me waiting but her importance was to ask her colleagues if they need coffee or tea. I gave up went to the well+ just across the street all done in less than 10 min.
