I found my experience 100% satisfying.Staff excellent, giving the impression they were really enjoying their job. We?re professional yet friendly.Results from this visit ,yesterday as promised ,I collected both pairs of glasses perfect !

Very happy with my 2 new pair of glasses and happy to know my eyes are healthy. It's worth paying an extra £10 if you can to check your eye health. The optician was very clear at explaining things and took his time during the test. The staff were on hand to help with choosing the glasses and adjusting them to fit nicely at collection.

Very disappointed with this place. When I went to pick up my new glasses after a Two week wait I found they had lost them!! I decided to choose a different frame as I was having second thoughts about the original ones. I went back Two weeks later for the new glasses and found they had ordered the original frame again!!! Very poor.

I was greeted by smiles and pleasant staff.I was seen on time.I was given all the time I needed during my test and everything was clearly explained to me.I would nor consider looking elsewhere, I will definitely return to Specsavers, Fakenham - thank you to everyone I met.

People of Fakenham, look no more for glasses online, the bargains, along with detailed advice and information are right here in the middle of town.The careful and charming optician took his time to explain the various options available/ advisable in my particular case. Totally aware of the practical day to day sight needs of someone using one pair of glasses for reading and another for TV/driving, he gave me a variety of options to consider.The first time I have ever actually enjoyed an eye test. I left feeling listened to, informed and armed with the information needed to make a decision on what can be an expensive purchase.Having said that, I was amazed to see prescription glasses in the shop for just £15.No excuse now for anyone blindly (!) buying cheap glasses online.Come here and you get invaluable eye care and friendly service as well.A revelation.

Very efficient service, my new glasses are comfortable and I can see out of them. That was everything I hoped for. The glasses were fine when I picked them up but was assured that I was welcome to pop in if there was a problem.
