Gave me false information on my first visit and had to go back and wait another two weeks for my glasses to be correct. Staff require more training so they know what they are selling. Won't go back

I felt the customer service was very good. The place was clean and spacious with sanitiser and was not overcrowded. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the was not left waiting or hanging around. I will be back.

Really pleasant experience, I was greeted by Hollie & Rose, very polite & professional, they made me feel at ease.I was eventually seen by Henry the optometrist, he was excellent.Totally recommend Scrivens.

The one time I had my eye tested here they got the prescription very wrong. Frames here expensive and not to my taste so I got my glasses made up elsewhere, this caused issues when I realised my specs weren't right. To be fair Scrivens did retest my eyes and reglaze my frames at no cost to me but the experience put me off going back.
