My wife opened a cash Isa and the young female clerk completed the application and could not have been more helpful.She provided a first class service which rarely seen these days.Nationwide are fortunate to employ such a polite efficient employees credit to the Society.Please accept our sincere thanks for her excellent service.

Brilliant staff, they're always so helpful and friendly and explain all the difficult to understand things so clearly! And they're open on a Saturday morning!
