Poor service and don’t stick to their word.Wrong size carpet arrived. Were going to leave bare grippers in child’s room before it was mentioned.Turn up late when time was agreed.Fitted incorrect quality carpet in other room, was told that I would receive a discount for this issue. Great show room, loads of choice for every budget. Reasonable prices - don't charge silly extras like all the chain companies. Really pleased with fitting as well, neatly done, left tidy and no chipped paint!
