Called to check whether they had a particular paint product in stock. Guy on the phone couldn?t have been less interested, and didn?t offer to order it in for me, despite the fact that Ernest Doe are a stockist. ?Computer says No!?Rude and unhelpful, with not one iota of customer service. Have a coffee and cheer up mate! Taken my business elsewhere.
