Hello, I had a day out on the Buses from Cromer to Fakenham via Norwich. And I had an hour and a half to spend in Fakenham. So I popped into Costa Coffee and had a iced latte and cake. As it was a beautiful day. Lovely quiet location on Bridge Street. Perfect opportunity to chill out before catching the bus home via Sheringham.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I like my coffee really hot and I was made a beautifully hot mocha by the young woman with a pony tail whose name I don't know. Abbie went above and beyond with her service, which had me feeling like a valued customer and it made my day! Thank you!

Perfectly good coffee, very busy so a bit messy,pleasant staff . Dogs are allowed which was great as needed a break from driving.

Disgusting. Filthy toilets, no loo roll, girl used the floor broom to sweep tables, no sanitizer. Rude obnoxious staff, could not give a toss about complaints regarding health and safety. Don't eat there , you may get ill.
