Split the order into 2 parts and expect the customer to run in and collect it twice or pay extra for delivery. Order won't cancel online and and the automated answering service has to be one of the most frustrating ever - an altogether genuinely charmless experience in store.

Really awful experience when trying to return a product to Argos Fakenham earlier this week. I explained to the lady on the till that my 10 year old son had purchased a xbox storage drive but the product description failed to say that some games can be played from this and some can?t, so I believe this to be very unfair and misleading. They offered absolutely no help, I asked to speak to the manager who shouted from behind the screen ?I?ll only tell you what she has? which was extremely unprofessional. No wonder the store is always empty with rude and unhelpful staff.. and to make it even better Kings Lynn store returned it today no problem atall..

OK so you can purchase stuff here but heaven help you if you want to return anything. King Canute would have more success turning back the tide than a customer getting satisfaction here. Ignorant and patronising female manager, must have been specially trained to say no. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Right next to a car park, the store recently modernised and feels very open but they expect you to use a tablet which isn?t a problem for me but for elderly people, I can see them struggling with the system once you sorted the order out you have to put a memorable code in, normally recommends your name but that can be a problem because someone else might have used that reservation name, but knowing that I normally just put 4 random letter in the reservation name

Was slightly messed around by the delivery driver who was meant to have delivered my corner sofa a couple weeks ago today but called in ""sick"" so had to reschedule to Monday last week.Wasn't so bad though as I got back the delivery fee I was charged even though I thought Argos had this thing where everything over £100 was FREE delivery. Bit misleading there

been waiting for my wedding ring to come back from repair for nearly 2 weeks now! I dont mind waiting but when you have to deal with such poorly trained staff it just makes the situation worse... all staff members including management didnt even know how to book my ring in for repair?! been trying to call the store since last week and no one has picked up!! Don't see why I should drive to the store to see if my rings back or not.... why should I waste money when it's your job to keep in contact with customers!!!!

Had an unscheduled visit to Fakenham Argos yesterday as although our holiday rental house provided a travel cot, there was no mattress. Grandson arriving to stay in two day's time, what to do? Went into Fakenham Argos having looked at measurements etc and immediately approached by Miranda who was patience personified in helping me to find a suitable item which could be delivered in time. Yodel have just delivered and it's a perfect fit. Thank you Miranda, it was a pleasure to meet you.
