Had a lovely evening meal here last week. The staff are so friendly and helpful but not overwhelmingly in your face - perfect. We had our toddler with us and it was so nice to see a place laid for him at the table with a small plate and cutlery. The food was delicious as always, the pie is undoubtedly he beat around and the burger went down a treat too. We've been to the Nags Head a few times now and will certainly be back again!

The food was beautiful, absolutely lovely. I only wish I'd been hungrier. Service also was attentive and prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth a try.

They were very kind on the phone for bookings and easily accommodated to change the group size.

Stopped in here when meeting my step mum and tried a lovely local cider (which name I can't remember). People were very friendly including the bar staff and the other patrons. Nice and bright and airy and clean. Can't comment on the food or rooms, but the location was brilliant, just opposite the market square where I parked for free.

Lovely little guest house and pub. The room i got was nice and clean, very well arranged and to my surprise quiete. I stayed for two nights and was surprised that my room was cleaned and the amenities were replenished while I was out and about.
The breakfast was 5 stars worthy, and the dinner options ??
The staff were very friendly and attentive,but not constantly in your face.

Came for lunch with my wife after visiting the local aquatics shop. Was very pleasantly surprised. Lovely friendly staff, amazing food at good price (I had the burger and my wife had the steak frites).
Food was perfectly cooked with great quality ingredients and very reasonably priced.
10/10 from us

stayed here recently. was a smooth hassle free stay. rooms were clean and tidy. staff friendly. but we also found the pub had really good food. their kitchen is well beyond the normal average pub grub you find everywhere, they have a chef that cares and delivers really nice food. the steak and chips was top class as was the cooked breakfast. will definetly stay here again.
