How can you expect anyone to collect a parcel they missed in a 2 hour slot in the mornings and 4 hours on a Saturday? You may aswell just book a redelivery for Saturday instead.When they most than likely missed the parcel due to being at work and therefore cannot collect a parcel in the mornings again because of work.Before COVID the times was better but still bad but now I suppose because of COVID and reduced staff they made the choice to only open 2 hours a day. Maybe that?s Royal Mail trying to save costs of paying employees I don?t know but when it literally takes one person there to get your parcel I can?t see what?s the problem not to be open longer hours or at least reasonable hours so that people that work all day can also get their parcels without having to wait one week for a possible redelivery when they have free time.

Unable to collect some important legal documents this morning after I missed the delivery Saturday. I stupidly assumed a post office sorting office would be open for more than 2 hours a day. I arrived at 10.20 and almost pleaded with the lady to let me have the documents. I advised her I needed them for the following day. She pointed to the sign stating we closed at 10. Come back tomorrow. How extremely customer focused. If you are that miserable and put in charge of customer service then please look for another job. She could have gone the extra mile and made a real positive impact on my day. No... She decided to have a real negative impact. The letter would have been just a few feet from her miserable face.

Yous are a joke always leave parcels in our porch but when we need it you refuse to leave it and how an I supposed to collect it if you can't stay open more than 2 hrs I do actually work for a living not home all day living on the doll

I needed to track a parcel, closed most of the time, even when open, and phoning multiple times, nobody answered.Thank goodness for my local postie Geraint, always great, smiling, and very helpful always goes the extra mile!

How on earth, in the 21st century - Covid or no Covid, can a post office be open for 2 hours a day mid week...? 3 days in a row where my parcel hasn't been delivered although it's been at the depot only a 5 minute drive away. But I wait in, thinking it will be delivered (this is a postal/delivery service after all) and it doesn't. Sadly by the time my item hasn't arrived again, the branch is shut so I have to wait yet another day to pick up a parcel that has been paid for and sitting it the depot for 3 days...How management haven't concluded these times are illogical yet is beyond me. Please adjust these ludicrous mid week hours

Thank you to Steve who took my phone call on Saturday 03/11/18 about my letter which had been delivered to the wrong address and the very speedy re delivery of my letter to the right address and all within an hour. What a great service, and thanks again.
