I recently used this shop for a necklace that had scratches on it. I was told they'd clean and buffalo most of them out however they did not take their time on my necklace. Didn't even try get scratches out or repair them. Looks like they've ran a clothes over it then said £20 please. Now looking elsewhere . its silver... read full comment
