The staff were polite professional and friendly. At no time did I feel pressurised or rushed. The use of technology during the test left me satisfied that my sight issues had been correctly assessed. I will always use them in the future and have already recommended them to my friends.

Excellent care I received at Diss specsavers, David the optician diagnosed closed angle glaucoma and was very kind, explained it to me and got me to the eye hospital the same day. Thankyou

Very welcoming all staff , I say it as it is I don?t mess about lol,I seen 2 lady?s there and both were very polite both new staff been there around a month , very helpful 1 of the persons was a persons called Sofiia very nice,polite,and always with a smile,and a good sense of humour .Helped me out with everything can?t fault her perfect in everything .thankyou for todays service .

I visited the Diss branch recently for an ear problem following a head trauma. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel cared for and supported. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the ladies involved. Your kindness at a difficult time in my life was really appreciated xx

Wonderful staff and quick service, they did try to double charge me for my glasses as it didn't show that I had already paid for them. But it was solved quickly

The service offered by these professionals is second to none. I visited yesterday and was diagnosed with a split retina. An appointment was made for the next day at NNUH with a consultant. My eye was laser treated the same day. The consultant said if I had not recieved the treatment the same day I may well have lost my sight in that eye. As I only have 100% vision in one eye, the fast diagnosis and referral saved me from being blind. A big thank you to Specsavers@ Diss

Great service very professional.My grandson was seen and asked to come back for more tests a week later. Referred to hospital.and seen. Glasses ordered and collected all done within 1 month. Staff extremely helpful, kind and patient with a very lively 5 year old. Will be booking my eye test with them soon.

All the staff were polite but also friendly. Time was taken to explain the different tests, help choosing the frames and then explaing the various lens options. When I collected my new glasses, they checked them thoroughly for both the fit and that I could see properly! I will be using them in the future and would definitely recommend
