Rude and condescending woman who works here - been in on multiple occasions and always receive the same treatment...it's as if you're being a massive inconvenience by taking a parcel to the post office. Always makes unkind comments and snidey remarks...will be avoiding from now on as there's just no need for it.

The scowling, rude and condescending woman running the shop ruins any hope you?d have of it being the lovely sweet village store that it once was or that it pretends to be. Avoid at all costs

This post office is not open until 5.30! Made a 20 mile journey feeling unwell to get some gas and the shop was open but post office not. The grumpy lady behind the counter had clearly had enough for the day as refused to give me some gas yet I was paying cash and could of just been put through the till tomorrow! Drove another 15 miles to one which said was open and is open. Will never try there again! Avoid if you have another choice

Passed through Hoxne on way back to Norfolk to Suffolk. Honestly this place was like something from Village of the damned. Before I took out my car keys the owner came out and stared at us in our car. An uneasy silence fell before she did to her credit make mention of the weather. On entering the shop again something seems off in her mannerisms, a sort of 'what are you doing here' 'I dont know you feel' All I can say is visit yourself. Really awkward. Try to make small talk, and judge for yourself. All I will say is you will get little in the way of feedback. Then do as we did, go out the side door and leave ASAP. Lovely burger van on way home sorted our hunger out.

Incredibly rude member of staff working here. Similarly to other reviewers, I was taken aback by the manner of the lady working on the till. I felt criticised and patronised and all I was trying to do was post a parcel. I am new to the area and I will now be making a point of going to a different post office to avoid similar treatment. Needs training on basic politeness and customer service skills. Not impressed.

Not impressed at all. This has been my local post office for many years and I won't go to it anymore. They make the rules up as they go along, chop and change lunch closing times.. I will be driving to the Eye branch from now on.

Asked politely if there was a minimum payment on card the lady said no minimum payment. So I was at the till with crisps and a drink and the lady said to me "are you taking the Mickey, that doesn't come to much" I thought she was joking but she said I would have to spend more even after she said to me there was no minimum. What a greedy woman. I was dying of thirst as I had been driving for 4 hours straight. So much for a community shop
