It's cosy, warm, covid clear and clean.Staff are great,,human, friendly. I'm a big fan. When no-one wanted to make it easy for me to get a bank account, Lloyd's stood up.The branch supports mental (hidden) health, and, will get to you as soon as they can.

Went to this branch, which is my branch, to pay some pound coins into my account. The female cashier refused, saying they were not accepting coins as they had to touch them! Realy? I asked the cashier what good is a bank that won't let a customer pay money into their account? She dismissed it as bank policy. I then asked what would happen if I wanted to withdrawal £10 in pound coins, she replied yes, we could do that. so what's the difference? They still have to touch them! So my overview is, unhelpful obstructive and totaly unreasonable staff

Went along to this branch this afternoon to ask if the cashiers could exchange 2 x £1 coins for 2ps. Very haughty response from both cashiers. Firstly asking whether I had an account with them, and on hearing that I didn't have asked where my bank was. I bank at the N & P and had been to them first but they couldn't help. On hearing this the cashiers raised their eyebrows and chortled. They dismissed me in such an offhand manner. For all they knew I could have been employed to rate the customer service given at this branch - infact I have rated it!
